a splinter/cactus needle/some shit that is stuck in my finger out? i cant see shit, but i can sure as hell feel it everytime i touch something.

i got glass stuck in my finger once (when my car got broken into) and i got that shit out by cutting off layers of skin over a two week period or so with a knife...but my index finger skin is way thinner and im not trying to hack that shit off.

any advice?

yea but that assumes you can see it (like the splinter in the video).

i dont know what the **** is in my finger, i cant see it, and randomly plucking with tweezers didnt do shit.

maybe try a magnifying glass to see it?

if you arent able to see it, but know the general area, create a paste using water and baking soda, cover the area with the paste and then cover with a large band aid...let set overnight and you should then be able to see the splinter at the surface or possibly even out...doesnt always work, but it has worked for me in the past with multiple small unseen splinters...

a year ago, I stepped on a toothpick that got lodged in the arch of my foot (Its amazing how you CANT see a toothpick in the skin!) Well as soon as it went in, it broke off. I spent the next 2 weeks in pure agony walking on the POS before I finally was able to dig it out! 1/2" of toothpick was in my foot FOR TWO WEEKS! And all I do is walk at my job.. Talk about a bad time! Every night I would sit on the couch and dig at my foot.. Razor blade in one hand, tweezers in the other. If I ever did it again, Id have just gone to the **** doctors.. Even though I HATE them even more!

Soak it in hot water until your finger gets pruny...should raise it to the surface

I always do that to get fiberglass splinters out

I got a splinter that was too deep to see on my hand once. I ended up waiting it out and after a couple weeks it turned into a decent size swollen bump and I just popped it like a giant pimple, splinter pretty much came out like a giant blackhead with a little puss.

i had the same sh*t but with a huge thorn in my heal. knife and tweezers got it out after about 4 days
