how do I add carpet to my trunk? trunk damped and Spectrumed

Ok so I've damp pro'd my trunk and then I used spectrum on it lets just say it's sound proofed LOL...

Now I want to add carpet to my trunk. Where do I get the carpet at and how to I attach it? Do I glue it?

Use their adhesive or they may have a formed carpet.

Don't know the vehicle so...assuming

i was thinkign about doing my trunk lid with carpetting. but i was thinking of laying fiberglass to the area that i want to create a panel. then pop off the fiberglass and then add carpet to it. then somehow mount it for a flush look.

so what happened to the carpet that was in there? you could just use automotive carpet that you can find at partsexpress for pretty cheap.

Well It wont fit because I used so much sound dampening LOL

I was planing on doing a new install though of carpet because it will make the trunk bigger if I do. The old carpet was on FG molds and it was sticking out A LOT.

Im trying to see if I need to add padding first then carpet. I want to do this right.
