How come UPS sucks much?

Ok so to make a long story short...

was making a trade with Radeon on here. My W10GTi to him. Well they managed to lose it the second day they had it. So they started looking for it last week which was a week after it was supposed to already be at his house. So they find it yesterday right and I go today to pick it up along with my shipping money. Well when the manager picked up the box and put it on the dolly I heard a nice loud "clink" so instantly knew something was wrong. Opened it open, felt for the sub...reached the surround then the cone then bam no dust cap. So I wanted to find out the extent of the damage. Reached through the hole where the dustcap should be and....

ENTIRE BASKET ( magnet VC and all )is at the bottom of the box.

because UPS workers dont give a shit about the quality of the deliverys and assume its insured,so what its your problem...

I bought a sub once,by the time it arrived it was practicly hanging out of the box,totally wrecked...I blame UPS and I blame the shipper.

To ship a sub correctly(i used to be a shipping MGR when I was a kid)

the box the sub comes in absolutly has to be surrounded by popcorn in a larger box.

The only seller's that do this are the higher end audio sellers,sounddomain,crutchfield and a few on ebay(not many though)

ANy person who packs and ships knows this stuff.
