How come every time the $ on the barrel Drops...

Let the gas prices rise! It's only fueling (pun intended) change. Americans are driving BILLIONS of miles less, abandoning gas guzzlers, looking to hybrids and alternative energy all because of these gas prices. If the price stays low why would we ever change? It has to happen some time, because oil will not and most certainly can not be our lifeline forever. Although I hate my 4-500 dollar credit card bill (all gasoline purchases) a month, I know it wont last forever, because A.) My habits will have to change B.) The country will seek alternatives C.) This all will eventually effect supply and demand and the oil companies will have to do something other than rake in the cash at record rates. So instead of hoping for gas prices to change, start making your own changes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't go down at the stations right when it goes down per barrel because that station paid a different amount of money, whether it's higher or lower, for the gas that's in their tanks now, and not next week..

Gas was $3.47 two days ago, now it's $3.39, and can be had for $3.29 cash price at the truck stop about 10 miles away.

Lol I love when people fret over 10 cents cheaper you just have to drive farther to get to it...unless you're driving by already...basically spend a buck or two + 20-30 mins, to save maybe...a buck or two?

not sure what you're smoking or where you get your info, but in my area gas prices have been steadily falling for the past two weeks due to the lowering oil prices

do you think if the price of a barrel drops $10 on monday you will see gas prices drop on tuesday? it doesn't work that way

sounds like you just want to jump on the "i hate gas prices" bandwagon to fit in for some other inadequacies you may have

about $3.23 here today
