I just got 10' of that monster 1/0 for $22. Pretty good deal.

I'd NEVER spend $5 a foot for 1/0. That's pretty stupid IMO. You can get 50' spools of hyperflex for $150 all day every day. That's $3 a foot, and it's the most I'd consider spending on 1/0. Any more than that, and I'd get 2/0 or larger.....

Stuff's fairly good wire too. I'm running it. But that flux tube is aggrevating as pizs to deal with just because it does stiffen it up and makes getting lugs on aggrevating.

AND YES, I DO CUT IT OFF TO GO INTO LUGS.

How many watts/amps are you running? My 125a alternator and 900w system do just fine with CCA 4 ga from Knu. Less than 18 bucks for 14 ft. shipped to my door.
