How can I repair the leather peeling off my doors? Picture included.

I have this leather detail of my doors peeling off (all 4, 3 of them are just beginning though) and I was hoping someone could help me with the best way to repair it myself.

I don't know if this info is obvious or if it's important to note, but: The part of the door in which it has come off of is a hard surface with a thin layer of a material that makes it cushioned-- whatever glue would be on porous material.

Attached is a picture of the door so you can see.

So, what would be the best glue to use and is there anyplace in particular that I can find it?

What's the best method to make it super tight and look good as new-- is this something I'll need extra hands for?

Is there a tool you'd suggest to help it to press against the door well and a tool in particular that could help stuff it in the crease? The leather looks like it's just barely long enough to fit into that crease that it came out from.

Is there anything special I need to do while it's drying to keep it put?

If this is really tricky to do myself, how much would it cost to take it somewhere to get fixed?

Thanks for any help or suggestions!

Thanks for that suggestion! That looks easy enough. Do you suppose I'll need something to hold the leather material to the door while it dries or is it really sticky to begin with? If so I'm wondering what's the best way to do that, tape maybe?

From what ive read about 3m spray (people use it to attach carpet to sub boxes) spray it on both surfaces, allow it to sit a few minutes first so it gets tacky, then apply it to each other and voila!

I wouldnt spray it, because its noticable if you spray it on anything else.
It's easy to clean the overspray. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Super glue should work...
No.

Buy the 3M spray adhesive, OP. It'll do the job just fine if you use it as directed and mask off areas that you want to keep the glue away from.

loctite automotive superglue (walmart, 3$ a bottle) is super strong shit, sets in about 10 seconds and should get you right. Apply it starting at the bottom, let that set, then work your way up. Apply it liberally in the crease.
