How can I get a amp tested for its true power rating.

I have a Rockford Fosgate 700S that I bought used and I have no birthsheet info on it. Im wondering what it really puts out. How can I find out? Who can test it? What would it cost?

Take it to a local caraudio shop.. I had a amp tested that someone sent me on here but it was already ****ed up. they wanted 10 dollars but didnt charge me cuz the amp was jewd

Here's a question... Since amps with birthsheets usually have the S/N (along with tech name etc.) listed on the birthsheet, would RF actually have those numbers in a database anywhere? I.e. Could you email them the S/N and have them tell you what the birthsheet said? Or is the serial number on the birthsheet just to keep them together so you know it was for that amp, and never recorded anywhere otherwise?
