how big an alternator?

OK, the stock alternator in my Ford is 95 amp. I want to get a RE35.1D and a 12" XXX. How big of an alternator should i get? I don't want to have caps in my system unless they are completely necesarry. Thanks.

i would get at least a 150 amp (powermaster, or ohio generator)
