hifonics BX605 and alpine SWR 1022D wired to a 1ohm load. It has been over a year since I built my first system. Any help is appreciated. Especially if you guys think I can do better for the $$$. SQL is my priority, but I'm not willing to pay any more than the above setup will run me.

I'm running a stock monsoon system in my 2003 VW GTI. I enjoy the stage I have now, just needs to be filled out. I don't plan on replacing anything on my stock system unless it breaks so don't suggest it because it is still all under warranty lol.

Where can I pick up a jbl 600.1 for about $100? I'm not sure if that amp fits into my price range. Can I run the BX605 down to 1ohm safely?

yea u can run it, but there have been many mixed reviews on the brutus series amps

What about the viper 600.1? Ikesound has refurbed units for about $130.
