Horrible day!!!

Well, I failed a math test today at school and then after school I got a car wash and they forgot to give me my floormats.

Oh Yeah, I also now I have scratchs all the way down the sides of my car from them! When I talked to one of the managers he insisted that he didnt see any scratchs.

I said "come on" because you can easily see them as there is tons of swirls scratched into the clear coat all around the car.

He told me, "The professionals that work here know better and this never happens at all and it is impossible that we scratched your car!" (By the way, the proffesional's that washed my car are about 19 and probably get paid under $8/ hour)

I tried asking for another manager to talk to because we were arguing the whole time at each other and I didn't really want to come there to fight. He told me that he is the only guy I can talk to. I asked if he could perhaps give me some kind of discount on get it buffed from them.

Heres his response,"If it were our fault then I would probably do that." What a s**ty manager!

They didnt have any signs saying that they arent responsible for any damages either.

Do you think I have any chance in small claims court to get some money to have some other place fix it?

i worked at a carwash, that stuff happened all the time.

they can get out of it saying "nothing sharp comes in contact with the car, no machines have anything like that in the brushes therefore we didnt do it"

but you gotta nail them at the prep boys. the guys who scrub the bugs off the front end..get the brakedust at the rims. thats where you gotta get them.

or at the towel dryers who dry the car as it exits. say they had a dirty/sandy towel..and as they whiped..it scratched your car

and say they stole something too, and threaten to call the cops. if they dont have signs, and you stay persistant with the story of your car not being scratched, i think the cops will side with you.

tell the manager to **** himself.

get them to PAY to have it fixed. if you send it to their detail department..they will burn your paint for spite. we did it all the time. bad/rude/*******/dick customer? scratches, chips, crpapy wash job, stuff missing out of his car. the works. like going to a resturaunt and pissing off the waitress.

I was just at BBB and they said something was up with the server so the complaint didnt go through.

I got a freind who works at the carwash though. He is in my auto class and sees my car almost every day and knows that it wasnt there before.

true. as you get older..it just seems to get worse. what you would call a bad day before is now a good day, and a terrible day where nothing went right before and everybody hated you and you got chased by lawn gnomes trying to beat you with pepperoni sticks is now your bad day.

good day = good day

bad day = bad day

few years:

good day = bad day

day day = lawn gnome pepperoni stick day

There was that day were I got drunk and passed out at like 7 in the morning and woke up thinking everyone had died of the ebola virus.

Or instead of going to the BBB, just say you are going to stand outside their carwash with a big sign saying they scrated your car and won't fix it. Then if they still don't do anything, go ahead and do it. Chances are they will try to avoid a scene.

ask him which car is his, walk over to it and scratch it. tell him he'll never be able to prove you did it..because everyone knows hes a lying sack of crap who should be beaten with an oar

write an article to the local newpaper. bad publicity. they might even offer to repaint your car to avoid the loss of business its a stretch..but ya never know.
