Supposedly those squad tahoes are pretty snappy considering their size and weight too.

2007+ tahoes offered the SSV and PPV options for police

SSV is 4wd, high output, and upgraded heavy duty suspension..Used for raids/federal stuff "special service vehicle"

PPV is RWD also HO and lowered a few inches, 18" HD steelies. Used for pursuit/patrol cars

But yeah they are both just the basic 5.3 v8 vortec's though.

Either way I'm buying it for bass not performance

I've been looking into a 6.2 silverado after driving the one we have for work.

I do how ever want one of these even though it is awd

I gotcha. A buddy of mine saw the a PPV at the chevy dealership he used to go to and he said it looked perfect for for a nice audio build. lol My school has a few chevy astros that some of the service techs drive around and they are completely gutted with only 2 front seats. no carpet or back seats or windows or anything. I wanna buy one from the school and do work.

I think the tt had more room then my s10 blazer did minus height. I'll also just popint out the obvious by saying look at my sig and avatar.

edit: what is comical is what they call usable rear seating.

Yup, no carpet. Vinyl seats. I would set it up then throw carpet over it, throw the vinyl seats out and get some fresh heated/cooled leather denali seats for like a stack

lol some douche in a Korean car calling out Mercedes. Just because you can't afford the maintenance doesn't mean no one can.

How does that make me a douche? I wasn't talking about MY experiences with them, I was talking about other that CAN afford the maintenance. Learn to read man, you don't have to be such a dick, I'm trying to be reasonable and civil here.

When you spend over 50 grand on a car, the window motors shouldn't be failing left and right. You shouldn't have to perform ridiculous maintenance at ridiculous sums of money. The car should be built well enough that you don't have to pour another 50 grand into it over the next couple years. And they should actually back their warranty, as incredibly meager as it is. As nice as the cars are, they are terribly unreliable, and it's been proven over and over.

I will agree, Audi needs to make something RWD, or at least have a switch for it, cus then they'd have some really fun cars.

because of the hypocritical tone to your post. Also usually the more you spend on a car the less reliable they are. look at the Italian super cars they last about 10k-10k miles

not many cars are reliable anymore no matter what make or model...i figure if i get the benz im gonna get a custom license plate on back that say PECAN 1 or REDSKIN

the 6.2 also has a better ****** and supposedly 21mpg. I think I want to run 4'' exhaust and some borla xr-1 mufflers. should sound awesome.

that would sound amazing. I've always liked the look of a dual setup out the back but of course its more expensive, especially for true duals.

I'm not worried about pricing. I found a diesel cat back that will work so I don't need to bend up piping. the breather holes are located in the same spot I want to put mufflers so works out well. I may lose some low end power running such a huge pipe but the sound will be worth it I think
