these bastards had me actually feel sorry for them for about a day. Anyways, i ordered a new alpine deck from them, paid with my credit card, didn't hear from them for a few days so i tried several times to contact them including phone calls. then i get an email from them saying that they were without power and internet due to hurricane wilma. i totally understood and was being patient with them, then today i get an email from
ebay saying that they reported me for non-payment . now i look on my visa and they did not charge me yet and on their website my order is listed as "pending". so i enter a dispute with
ebay and prove that my order is in fact listed as paid for and everything and now they aren't answering the claim. bastards---stay away from them.
