my girl's dad has a challenger srt8 10 whatever it is, it's bad ***!, he bought one just to have it tho.

he like's his 89 jeep wrangler with the 502, 4 wheel drive burn out's FTW!

hell yeah. in the end the car is as only as the driver and the vipers just tough to master. You really gotta have skills and balls to push a Viper perfectly.
a car doesn't have enough power unless it can spin out with a little too hearty of a push on the skinny pedal in any gear. Just cause a car can bang corners like its no bodies business or look low and sleek don't make it fast.

IMO

Sports Car = good handling but under powered

Muscle Car = poor handling and too much power (is there such a thing)

Performance car = Hard to master with amazing handling but at the same time enough power to overcome the greatest of grip

I don't need a car when I can run a 4.4 40 at 300 pounds.

Yeah cuz that made sense //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif And you probably don't.

Anyways.. I think the new Camaro/Challenger are pretty badass. Big bishes that's for sure.. guess I'm just Camaro biased.

Don't you own a Cavalier?
Yes and it is utterly a piece of crap. I paid 2k for it off some olod guy who never drove, so it had 50k miles on it. I use it to get to work. It is a preference.

My wifes Camry is a nice car though. The fit and finish is top notch and everything was intelligently designed on it.

Yes and you see I didn't hold on to the useless crap either. The go pedal and big engine get old real quick.

it's good to have you back, and to get a valid answer to who you really are iam.

i drove one back when they first came out, and was not really impressed other then it threw my head back into the seat. and under steered like a hoe.

These are not the droids you are looking for.

/mind trick

like 5 challenger srts are at each of like 4 dealerships here all within like less than like 5 miles of eachother.
must mean they arent sellin
Check for sold signs. If there arent any those are 09s. Most of the 08s sold in dec. The rest went fast after the beginning of the year and they were all technically spoken for by the time they hit lots. Some are sittin there on display while waiting to be picked up. Some got snapped up by private sellers or dealers and went right on ebay. If some are still available on lots its for deals that fell through, people who only thought as far ahead as the deposit and not downpayment, monthlies, or gas prices. Either way, it ain't like they're exactly languishing on the lots not bein shown any love.

I am a small wee-wee guy. I like big loud engines in big vehicles. To me it is the absolutely best looking thing in its category and if its heavy its cause they've put all the stuff in it that buyers have come to demand in a vehicle. I don't think someone shopping in this category will put up with a cheaper feeling, noisier interior with fewer safety features and creature comforts to save a few hundred pounds. That isn't who it's built for. This is for people who want big, loud power. And Itll still do 0-60 in high 4s or low 5s and handle decently. This is what a muscle car is all about and if you don't get it you're just not a fan of this kind of car and will never understand people's love for it. I don't do autocross, don't get the chance to zig zag through cones or do 60 mph down tight, curvy roads or through road corses that often. But I do like making the hair on people's necks stand on end when I floor it.

I'll take a challenger RT classic with the flat black stripe and the nostalgic style wheels please. If you want something decontented until it weights under 3000 pounds so you can be cramped and feel every tiny imperfection in the road and only fit 1 other person but toss it around some cones like a mini cooper then look elsewhere, that's not what these cars are about and it isn't what they're trying to be.
