Neon is the SRT4 and they are fast for what they are. Have you ridden in onw? My 5.7 is strong for a 4400lb car. The SRT8 is stock 425HP and easily upgraded to over 500HP. My R/T is 360HP and the torque is pretty impressive.

I have driven the neon.....it is wimpy IMO.

Dodge definately has the power plants, but the issue is that all their cars are heavy turds.. For instance the 450+ hp str8 challenger is not much faster than the 300hp mustang bullitt.. Sad story.. so in all, yes I would say the car is a big flop, but it does look pretty good.

Power for the 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT10 Concept comes from the Dodge Viper 8.4-liter, all-aluminum V-10 engine with 600 horsepower and 560 lb. ft. of torque. This new halo concept delivers the well-known SRT credo of benchmark performance. The Dodge Challenger SRT10 Concept includes a fresh coat of Tornado Red paint with a carbon-fiber deck lid and hood. This is why ill drive almost anything Pre 90's and almost nothing past that with the exception of a 92 mustang and some other misc things, i hate all this computer ****, Its more to go wrong. Im only 16 but with the way my family is and the way i grew up i have a huge appreciation the old muscle cars of the 60's and 70's. I hate people comparing new cars to old cars because even if the new challenger was exactly the smae as the old one appearence wise it would still be computer **** under the hood.
