so i recently bought a 52" samsung hd lcd, and im thinking of buying the bose surround system, is it worth the money, or should i look for another brand with same qualitybut cheaper

No, it's not worth the money.

How important is the sound to you?

onkyo had a nice all in one unit, but if you have the money get a seperate receiver, sub amp, and speakers

Dont go cheap on a surround sound. Then you will not know what good sound sounds like. Trust me
