Hey everyone i am a super duper noob to audio in general.

Well Anyways i got a nice Cambridge Azur 540R (Version 2) 6.1 AV Receiver

And for some reason it keeps saying on the on screen display , OPTICAL LOCKED,

Its a great lil receiver but i want to get the most out of it and play it in digital dolby and just cant figure it out.

Also it says something about the balance being off on the on screen display aswell ,
