Wow great equipment! Make sure you use a capacitor, and don't fuse because fuses just add resistance. Buy a box from ebay, they are the best. And don't buy from here. I bought a 5000W amp here and think I got scammed. I hooked it up with 8ga wire to my stock battery and when I turned the gain all the way up smoke came out of it. I have filed a Paypal dispute.

There is a kid up the road from me has a 12" AB sub hooked up to 2 different kind of crap amps 1 on each coil and the amps are powered though extension cords, Lol! All i can say was what the ????

I have seen this before as well. My buddy's redneck friend showed me his system one day, a hifonics hifi 12 in a sealed box on a sony mono, the ******* had an extension cord for a ground and ran it all the way from his backseat to the - batt terminal under the hood. I tapped on the sub and could hear the voice coil rattling and I told him his sub was blown and he goes "no way man, it still works" and proceeds to turn the volume up and you can hear it rattling even more then it stunk like electrical. I was just like "oh I guess you're right" and walked away lmao.
