and then when decipha actually does something everyone is like "wtf u ****** how dare u blah blah blah"

Theres a difference in the 2 situations also. The scammee(s) had no control over what was happening to him/them, kind of like armed robbery.....however say that person was getting robbed at gunpoint had a gun also it would be fair, theres self defense, and there is an actual crime being commited (hence the take a claw hammer to his face). In decipha's situation, he had complete control of all 3 stages of his situation, 1. he could have slowed down and merged like a normal person, 2. he could have stopped before he ran up on the curb, 3. he could have realized that him and possibly the other driver were in the wrong and controlled his anger. I see the difference between being scammed and what happened with decipha.

Having said that, I get mad as the next road enraged person, but im not going to go crazy fight/stab/shoot somebody unless its in my own defense.

And you have no idea what went on in the mind of the other driver for all we kno the idiot was thinking

"Who is this idiot trying to out run me I aint letting that happen"

and you have no idea of the time frame of the incident maybe everything happend way to fast for decipher to hit his brakes.

Not to mention how do YOU kno their was appropriate signage? often appropriate signage does not get put inplace.. especially somewhere like new orleans.. It could also have been pitch black out..

Either way the fear that decipher must of felt being ran off the road plus realizing his wheels are busted and then ontop of that the idiot comes back to ***** decipha out.

So now your saying its ok to claw out someones face for stealing 20 bucks but its not ok to do it when someone risks your life.

maybe your guess is inaccurate, police don't bother with simple assault complaints around here... when was the last time you heard of some one getting in a fight in new orleans? Doesn't happen... what you hear is similiar to this:

I'll give you this, the other car was forced to merge and should have given decipha the right of way. Instead he gunned it and Decipha not wanting to lose, gunned it back. And even though the guy called him an ******* he was still not warranted in beating his *** and shows a complete lack of self restraint. Either way, they were both in the wrong but decipha got the shit end of the stick.

than the idiot next to him gasses it at the same time completely cutting him off the road ruining his wheels.

If it wasn't for the idiot decipha wouldnt have ruined his rim(s) and if it wasnt for the idiots big mouth decipha wouldnt have knocked him around.

you seriously dont think he was in the right do u? the point of merging is not to speed up in front of the other person it is to safly "merge" into the lane next to him. if he is unable to do it by speeding up then he needs to slow down. its his responsiblity to do it safly since the other guy clearly had the right of way.

Brakes instead of gas. Self control instead of lose control. Its not that hard really.

Am I the only one that sees this? If the other driver would have yelled at me yell back. Im not going to attack another person and possibly catch a charge over it, however Id defend myself if the other driver was the aggressor. Like I said, no crime committed. Endagered his life? He endagered his own life (could have stopped) and the other driver's by beating him through the window, that driver had every right at that point to shoot decipha if he felt he needed to, then what?
