when out of no where with out any warning or anything the lanes merge into one lane. I was doing about 50 and they had a suv on the side of me going about the same speed, my initial reaction was to floor it and get in front of it, well the as.shole took off right when i did and caused me to run up on the median,

honestly how can yall say hes not a bad driver. theres 2 lanes and a car in each lane. i dont know about yall but around here theres never 2 lanes that merge into just 1 lane. theres always one lane that merges into the other. the way hes talkin he was in the lane that merged into the suv's lane. the suv didnt have any problem staying in his lane or hitting anything. decipha is the one that was in the lane that turned into the median. so there for it was his fault. he should have been the one to slow down and merge safely.
