You're correct. In retrospect, it would be better if the winners listed as many choices as their draw number indicates. Thus, the 3rd person drawn only needs to choose 3 prizes, the 4th chooses 4, and the 20th has to type out 20 (or just say they'll take whatever is thrown at them
