Hmm. Arc Black 2-way or HAT Clarus?

Got a new car, selling old setup and getting something different. Old = IDMAX and Hertz MLK 165. Great setup, I'm just so used to it and crave a new sound.

Amp is Audison LRX 5.1k.

I'm going with the Arc Audio Black 12" for the sub.

For components, I want something that doesn't sound as tinny or metallic, more fullness and richness, and less revealing.

I've narrowed it down to:

Arc Audio Black 2-way

Hybrid Audio Clarus C61-2

Which would be less bright/fatiguing?

I've been leaning towards Black, just wanted to get a few last opinions. Purchasing next month.
