Hmm 4 12"s or 8 8"s............

I curently have 4 12"s and was just throwing around the idea of doing 8 8"s. The 12"s are in 6cubes ported to 34Hz. A kicker 2500.1 is pushing them.

The 8"s would be in about 4-5cubes ported to the same. Running off of the same amp.

The only reason I like the 8"s ideas is simply for the looks. I don't know if it would have more output or not. I just think it would be cool to see them all between the seats, lol.

try tuning your box lower, or higher depending on what you want , it would be cool to see that many 8" jumping around though.

meh, call me odd, but unless you're gonna be running some nice 8s.. I'd prefer the 12s.

What equipment do you have in mind? I can't really make much of a decision w/out that info.
