Deka G31 is a better overall batt. if you're comparing it to the group 34 yellow top. The G31 optima yellowtop is quite a bit more expensive than the deka.
Fit whatever you can under the hood.Could go with a deka as well if you want. I have yet to hear anything bad about them, and mine has been treating me good.
