Hit A Deer

I hit a deer last night going about 45 and ****ed the entire front end of my truck up. Bumper, fenders, grille, hood, radiator support, core support, upper tie bar, lights, and more all damaged. I went to a few body shops and the cheapest quote was $3,500.... More than I paid for the truck.... :|

I debating if I should get it fixed or just get a new truck with a loan. I was checking out the classifieds section on streetsource and saw this truck for $4,500:

getting a loan to buy a car is just stupid... just sell that and with what u got add some to it and get a nice car. just dont get a loan to buy a car, u will regret it later on.

Did ya have full coverage? I would never put more money into a vehicle than I paid for it, unless I bought it to restore(whole different story then).

Never really understood the theory of dropping a truck, but to each his own I guess. Not a big fan of the older ranger either.... just my opinion
