Never said it was a real life application but you implied that the website itself was completely lying when they posted that.

well in a sense they did lie. Companies truelly should give real world ratings instead of these numbers that are unpractical to the normal person.

i been running the MT's for 3 years now and love them. take power and in a oversized very low tunned box they sound pretty good.

It is a fact that the amp can do it. I doubt this kid would see it because i doubt he knows how to even make an 18 volt system.

It's just a normal 16V setup, nothing special. Just like how our "12V" setups charge at 14V+.
