hifonics tx1005d or the bx1000d ?

has anyone heard these 2 amps and know how they compare ?

is one better quality than the other for other reasons than wattage?

and does anyone know if the hifonics logo lights up on the tx model like it does on the bx?

I have heard that the BX line is not so hot. They have some problems, and are over rated. The TX models however are supposed to be pretty decent...

a lot of people on here say that the brutus bx100d is pretty good . . .. but now I think about it I think I recall a couple people saying they had probs . .any body heard of problems with the bx line ?

my friend is looking and was pretty set on getting the bx1000d. . .would it be a mistake???

Many people run the hifonics amps, they are good for budget power.....Most of the problems Ive seen with them come in the 1500.

i had both and i would say they are both the same. it kinda seemed liked the bx was louder but i think thats placebo. the logo doesn't light up on the tx, its a chrome logo now. i ended up selling my tx1005 for 200 and buying rangerman's tsunami gxa1000d for a 100.

there shouldnt be any noticeable difference between the bx and tx.

i purchased the tx1005d over the bx jus because black is alot sleeker. i dont intend for it to perform any better or any worse than a bx series.

**** i hope the bx1500d's dont have problems.... i just bought one for my DD 2512's :yikes!:
