Hifonics HiFi 1000.1 D class amp or MB quart Onyx 1000w D class amp?

I've looked into both of the amps and they do the same amount of power but i hear the Hifi series is a little overrated and I don't know if the Onyx amp will be overrated as well. They are both owned by maxxsonics but which would be better? I'm lookin to power 2 Dcon 10" subs with an amp that is under 200 bucks. Any suggestions?
