i want to get this amp to power my singe t5-12, that sub is rated at 800rms...could i just turn the gain down on the amp to power my sub, is this overrated a bit? what do u'se think? i need to set gain at 34.64 for full power, and 28.28 to get 800rms using sqrt of 1200 and 800, sound correct?
