HiFonics BX1000D bench test?

Anybody have a bench test on this amp? I know it's rated for 1000wrms @ 1 ohm, but I also know that HiFonics has a tendency to overrate sometimes. The amp is an '05 model if that makes a difference. I've had it for about 8 months now. I'm looking to upgrade my subs and I'd just like to have a decent idea of how many watts it's putting out. Thanks!

i dont know which year model i have but i bought mine from seth305 here on the forums and im guessing its an 03+?

i ran mine to 2 12" id12s and a buddy of mine ran 2 12" type-rs with a rockford P8002 2ch amp. both sealed boxes in a 2 door coupe. his amp was rated for 800wrms (400 to each sub) while mine was rated for 1000wrms. i can bet his rockford amp pushed at least 100-200 more watts than my hifonics.

if i guessed, i would say the bx1000d puts out 850-900wrms @ 14.4v

Actually, the old BX1000d's kind of sucked...

The new BX605D is it's equivalent... you're prolly only getting ~600-700rms out of it @1ohm 14v
