Hifonics 12" HF12, Good or Bad?

My brother needs a budget sub and has around 200 rms to work with so hes going to buy the SVC 4 ohm subwoofer. I am wondering if this is a solid sub for the price and if it is better than other subs at this price range. I just want some opinions on whether its worth the money or not. Thanks!

i have a sub that is similar built to that sub and off of 300 watts on a pair i could bass race a 139.9 out the trunk. definately not a bad sub, especially at that price

yea i was suprised its so cheap. this is prolly the best thing i can find at that price, and its brand new.
