I would say it's not loud because of the subs and amp you have. I would recommend something different, there's a lot better than sony in car audio.

 
I would imagine there are a few things that are the problems. First the "1200 watt amp" is more like 500 bridged RMS and 1200 MAX. The "1300 watt subs" are prob. like 500 RMS per and 1300 MAX. SO if you wanna keep the subs then get a bigger amp. If you wanna keep the amp get 1 12" and port it. Can you give the model number of you amp and subs?

well that's the problem..... ur under powering those bad boys.... ur sub's need 1300w a piece bro.. u need to find a 2600w amp...
lol, best if u don't listen to him. Changer ur sub and amp combo tho, there are way better brands out there
