Greetings, all...I'm a 39 year-old tech-nut that's been into car audio and electronics since the mid-80's. I have an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology, I'm a graduate of the Installer Institute (FL) Advanced Program (under Mike Carter), and (of course) MECP certified. I have several years of shop experience ranging from lead installer to department manager, selling and installing such brands as Fusion, Eclipse, Rockford, JL, Macrom, Audiobahn, Alpine, and Polk. I also have 2 Microsoft certifications; 1 for hardware and 1 for network design and administration. Thanks for the great site and I look forward to a long and enjoyable membership.

Although, at the 1997 Spring Break Nats, I saw an armored truck that Boss Audio did that had 60 (yeah, that's SIXTY) DVC 15" subs powered by 120 (ONE HUNDRED TWENTY) amps, one for each voice coil. They had a bank of custom "Flux" capacitors that were each rated for 100 farads, that's some serious current storage. I'll try to find the pics and scan them to post...it was INSANE.
