Hertz Hi-Energy VS. RF Power DVC

Hi there, this is my first post, so here we go.

I have an bit of a problem, I have some sound that I want to install in my BMW E46 M3. The system looks like this (sorry if it's a boring thread :)

Alpine head unit, Harman Kardon mono and a 4ch amps, Hertz Hi-Energy splits front, Vibe mids rear, Hertz Hi-Energy 12" sub. Audison RCA's and Stinger speaker wire.

So the problem is this...... Today I bought a 12" Rockford Fosgate Punch Power DVC (very scares in this country and like a collectors item)

Now witch one of these two subs will play the best, as the Hertz is new technology.

So Hertz Hi-Energy (HX 300 D) VS. Rockford Fosgate (RFR2212)??

Thanx
