The reason for the sale is, my dad got pissed off at me cause I had something of his in my car, and he completly flipped out and took the car away from me. So I just pulled out all this stuff on Aug 4.
The 1st item I have is a pair of Hertz EV 165 2 speakers. These speakers for designed for sound quailty. These were powered by my Phoenix Gold 4.0:2 @ 75 watts @ 4 ohms. These speakers are 70 watts RMS 140 watts peak. I found these to be very clear speakers. I could hear things, that I couldn't hear before in songs. It will be shipped with everything, the way I got it the 1st day but theres no mounting screws. As I lost them. But if I find them, it will ship them with the speakers.

Next is my Phoenix Gold 4.0:2 2 Channel Amp
It does 75 watts x 2 @ 4 ohms, 125 watts x 2 @ 2 ohms, 250 watts @ 4 ohms when bridged. It has a few little scratches on it, when I was removing it. Nothing too major. Only little minor scratches. I lost these screws when I was installing it and I vaccumed them up by mistake. I used little tiny ones when I mounted it. They never worked all that good but they got the job done. But if you want 4 mounting screws, i'll go to the store and buy some. This will be shipped in the same box the day I got it with the manual. Also, if you want the power wire I used for, i'll throw that in for nothing This also has a 4 year warrenty on it. Asking $200
