Lol no seriously it would take some extreme issues to die from a hernia.. I had one for about 7 years, worked out almost everyday with it. It was just extremely uncomfortable. My great grandfather had one for over 25 years. Only way I can think of dying from one is if you damage the intestine where it's leaking back into you. That could kill you. Leaks toxins back into your body.

As stated above, get it checked... spend the $50 to get it checked. I have had one in my stomach that made my belly button bleed before.. not the greatest feeling...

And yes you can die from one. Internal bleeding if it gets bad enough.

im feeling better today, still some pain but it may be from straining while projectile vomiting yesterday. i have an interview tomorrow and when im done depending on how i feel i will swing by and see a doc. us poor folk cant afford no doctor visits
