With that power I vote SSD 10, TC-1000, Eclipse, or SoundSplinter RL-i 10.

 

The advantage the SSD has is customizability

Buy the Diamonds and let me know how it sounds! Honestly, I know ill get flamed for saying this, but these shitty Kenwoods I have sound decent. Im just excited to see what a good subwoofer sounds like in this box. My Kicker amp is really beating the hell out of these Kenwoods.

Djeazie, I am tempted at buying the the Diamond D6's but I keep getting this other idea in my head.

I know I could throw Type-R's in but I have a feeling there will be zero SQ. I listen to rock music a lot and hip hop only maybe 25% of the time and would like it to be reasonably tight (wouldn't we all).

I have been really wanting to try the JL Audio 10w3v3 in this box. I have found a place to get these at an extremely good price. I also listen to the same music mix and I want some thing thats going to be more of an SQ set. The Alpines seem so played out to me but ya know they are a good sub and I heard a few sets that were underpowered and they still got loud and they were pretty clean so.... Maybe dollar for dollar the Alpines are the way to go.
