Ok here we go.

I have a Crossfire VR1000d and $500 to spend on some woofers.

I want either a one or two sub setup.

I have a 2001 Honda Accord.

I want a SQL sub.

I currently have 2 Crossfire BMF12d and i want something louder and thats has better SQ.

The subs i have in mine are

1 IDMAX 12v3

2 Eclipse Aluminum

2 12" eD k's

1 Kicker S12L7

2 Kicker S12L5

2 e12k

2 e12O

1 e12A

These are the specs of my current box but I could make another one if I have to.

Construction Material = .75" MDF

Box Height = 15"

Box Width = 32" (32" minus .75" divider = 31.25")

Box Depth = 9"

Box Volume = 0.8 ft^3 per chamber

Yes I know I have to make another one if I go with the one sub setup.

I aslo know what alot of you are going to say its up to my ears but most of these subs are not available at stores and I dont know anybody that has them. So imtrusting you guys on helping me out. If you have other suggestions besides the ones I have im all eyes.

Oh by the way i like to listen to rap and hip hop.

One Cystal CMPX2 will blow your mind. I honestly dopnt think anyone on here has heard the sub besides me maybe one or two. But hoenstly all i can say is this sub is cleaner IMO than a W7 and has the most amazing spl for a sql sub i have seen. In the right box it would do some major damage. I had a CMP 15 with a bd1000.1 and ran consistant high 140sto low 150s Theres no telling with the right install and box what the X2 series could do. Take a look at thier website. Or even look into Diamond audios lineup great subwoofers too but I am planning on changing setups and actully will have 3 12 Mac daddys for sale soon any one interested PM me. But look at the site and the msrp doesnt mean anything email them they will hook you up with alot cheaper price i have seen them go as low as 320 a pop.

i would personally check out one of these because so few people have them and they sound awesome...

other choices for me would be a brahma (someone tried to sell one to ya...go for it if you want), XXX, or eD A. all of these subs mentioned would blow your mind if you got one...build it a nice ported box and it will be great.

nswartley I take u have heard one? Pretty impressive dont you think and the price is right around where a brahma and XXX and i would probally rather have the CMPX2 for the simple fact that the sound quailty is so good.
