notice this box has a removable port .......... i have a 6" aero in it now and it gets down right nasty lol. My box is braced well and fiberglass resin the whole inside. Im now in the process of a 2 15" cut through

well a 6'' aero would be about 23'' long for 33hz...

a 6" aero comes in 17" long sizes iirc... unless you want to pay for the white pvc

heres the square port i had in it now it has a 6" aero mounted to the same shape baffle as this

heres what the end looks like port is removable and can be easily adjusted.

also i forgot to mention why i say treo ssx over a fi bl is due to the fact the treo is 6 3/8 deep and a 2k sub.

what are the dimensions of the box, cause i really dont wanna go taller or deeper than my design so i can keep it comfortable.. and unless your close shipping is goin to be alot.

My box is 50 wide about same depth and 17 tall. Trim ur back brace off 3" from bottom then use panel bond adhesive and glue a piece of steel angle iron across the back and foam the cavity. Its strong as hell this way. You won't regret how loud you will get with this box. You can fine tune the port till it suits ur music and change back to any tune with a new tube. Menards carries 6" pipe 20 bucks 10ft stick. Its currently about 2.5 cubes 33 hz. My buddy owns a cabinet shop it was made there. Its coated with fiberglass inside and has a brace 4 " from sub its strong and solid. 100 plus shipping its yours.

No problem jokkr. you should have got some ideas off all the pics i provided. if i were you i would put the sub on passenger side port to the drivers. best way to keep some leg room.
