I had to split the phrase in half to make it look right The slot port has to be limited to 1" wide or the interior port wall will exceed the interior. You might consider a aero port if you dislike slot ports. I have calculated a 3"dia 12 long aero if you switch.

I think that this looks great and gives it just a little more creative touch, too. And I don't have a problem with slot ports at all, 1" is just fine with me.

This image shows the relationship of the glass view in the top piece centered over the sub. The light line around the sub cutout shows the sub dia. and will not be in the design. The Blue logo is the carved text in the lexan that will be edge lit with white leds. The glass is this size for a reason the interior port is dictating the size.

So Hercules Wedge box is finished I started Saturday. and finished it up Sunday in between all the football games it shipped today and he will have it by Wednesday.
