Helping deaden turbo noise

lol not quite an Mxt, a little bigger- 4900. I drive one as an equipment hauler in the mountains of colorado. (MXT's are niiiiice though- probably don't need sound deadening in those bad boys)

So the open/closed cell thing as far as performance goes is moot then at the thicknesses I'm dealing with? I may save some $ by going with the open celled stuff then.

I'd only go open cell if it's never going to be exposed to moisture. If that's the case, it won't make much difference.

And I'm guessing the spectrum stuff will be fine on the exterior, so I'll get to work on it.
