help please

well i disconnected my router from my computer now my connection is not workin on my other computer i have dsl yahoo for the internet connections everytime i try to connect it says i need a wep or wpa key? anybody have any ideas how to help

You might need to contact your provider that you have service with. Are the drivers installed correctly?

yah thats what i thought but it tkaes soo long to talk to them there gay

Yep, some of the customer service sucks out there. I sometimes have that problem with my modem and for some reason I tend to loose the drivers for the modem. Do you have an installation disc for the modem? I knew you would like it, it is f****n sweet, it is in even better condition than I thought. There is not even one scratch on it.

im tryin to find the disc but i have had the service for so long its hard to find it haha

That is why I keep all my installation discs right on top of my CPU, that way they wont get lost. See if you can find it, that may be the only way to get it working besides calling customer service.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

For some reason lately I have been having trouble with my modem as well. Sometimes it just goes completely dead. What I do is disconnect everything, turn off the computer. Plug everything back in, turn it back on and slip the disc in to install the drivers. Most times some computers will pick up the hardware themselves, but if they dont there comes the part where you need the disc.
