Hello! Newbe w/ a few questions...

Hello all, I just picked up a sweet 2005 Cts-V w/ Bose system and now its time for me to get back into a little car stereo fun. I am looking at adding an amp (...most likely Arc) and a couple subs (JL or Image Dynamics...most likely) I want to keep the factory deck/nav etc for now...can anyone recommend a good way to hook up my amp? I was thinking the AudioControl LC6i...but is it too over kill?
