I'm definitely not a newbie to car audio, but I am to this forum. I'm hoping I get some time to help out other people on here, as well as learn some things myself. This forum is a similar setup to another one I post on, so it should be easy to navigate.

Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself. I've got a crappy Kenwood deck, an MTX Blue Thunder 504 amp, a Clarion EQ, and Polk speakers (5.25" and 6.5").

In the past, I've had an Orion XTR2 15" sub + Rockford 400x4 amp (the old flat-black ribbed kind). I can't deal with that kind of bass anymore, so I've gone to a less powerful setup (still want a smaller sub though, like an 8").
