Hello everyone Found this forum while doing some research for an audio install in my new ride. I used to be into car audio maybe 13-14 years ago. I had a Ford Econoline '88 which all my friends were calling the party van; had a seat in the back which folded into a bed, and an array of audio stuff from Sony, RF, MTX, JL, Blaupunk, etc... Anyways, sold the van since I couldn't afford gas back then and just forgot about that audio thing. Now I bought a new Kia Rio5 2013 and want to do a nice daily driver sound system. I admit I'm feeling kind of lost in all this new audio stuff; whats good, what's not, what used to be... Back then a 4ohm stable amp was the ****, no one talked about 1ohm or even 2ohm stable stuff hehe. You guys will see me around...
