another reason why Fusion is key to our future. Besides being an ultra-stable form of nuclear power, the byproduct of nuclear fusion is helium.

FYI - nuclear fusion (in the form currently being usedfor energy production) is the fusing of two Hydrogen atoms (at temperatures ~100x hotter than the sun).

ha.

i'm an electrical engineer. i'm supposed to know about stuff like this.

plus, i had a long, highly technical report and presentation on nuclear fusion my senior year - including past, present (mostly focusing on the ITER project) and future. If we live another 30 years, Nuclear Fusion will be a huge solution to our energy problems by using one of the most abundant elements on the planet for fairly clean, uber safe energy.
