Hey I have a helio Ocean for sale. It's in good condition I'd give it about a 7/10 physical and 10/10 in function. The part that covers the slot for micro sd cards is missing but it doesn't affect anything. It comes with a usb cord and wall charger, bnib headphones and some disc that comes with the phone.
