whether or not manning will ever see the playoffs again really doesnt matter. he has something ALOT of great players dont have and thats a superbowl ring.
the pats got their ***** kicked plain and simple. for bellicheck to be such a coaching genius he sure didnt change his gameplan (throw it long and hope for the best) having moss run 80 yards down field and actually expect him to make a play on the ball was a joke. looked like the play calling of a really crappy madden player.

thats what i was thinking lol. 15 seconds doesnt give you much time to get much of anything done.

i could be mistaken but didnt they have timeouts? youve just got a better chance at moss catching a 30 yard pass and making a play then hoping he can sprint down field and still have energy to jump.

plus the game plan shoulda been changed a long time before the final drive. just like ohio state in the national title games. trying to launch it down field all game and the one drive they run the ball and play a short game they march right down the field. just didnt make sense. i just think bellicheck dropped the ball in that game.

i just always like to root for the underdog so seeing the giants physically kick the shit out of the "unstoppable" team was fun especially after brady laughed about plaxico's prediction
