Not really... depends on what you're trying to do. MT's don't really NEED any more space than anything else.

Get some, And break each one a couple times (by doing soccer football walking up the stairs and falling down, kicking stuff when you're mad, having people stomp on them when your foot's asleep to see if you can feel it, running barefoot, jumping off things, basketball, dropping weights on them, dropping anything else heavy on them, stubbin em, steppin in holes, ect.)
