Heartburn

I never knew the meaning of heartburn until last year... I've become extra sensitive to anything with tomatoes, ie. spaghetti sauce, pizza, etc //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
If it becomes a problem, you learn to take things ahead of time to prevent the heartburn which helps out a lot //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
You drink coffee? Anything tomato hurts me but coffee makes me want to die...even if I take prilosec.

Omeprazole/Prilosec FTMFW
Around $18 for 42, which is 6 weeks' worth. $3 a week. It's unbelievable.

As for Nexium, it's virtually the same thing as Prilosec, but costs around 10x as much.

BTW OP, do you smoke?
I used to smoke. Quit 5 1/2 months ago.

I also dont drink anything but milk and water. No soda or anything else.

Coffee doesn't really bother me, but anything with extreme amounts of sugar (candy, cookies, etc.) can aggravate it.

Especially oatmeal cookies for some reason //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Used to have heartburn all the time. Went to bed with it, woke up with it. Horrible. After I had left the job I was currently it it went away. I got it for the first time since then during finals week. I think its just a stress thing for me.
