I really really really over ate...seriously over ate !my stomache is killing me and 8i feel like im going to throw up....infact, i want to!the pain is almost unbearableits even a little hard to type!is there a cure for a stomache ache?or any one can tell me a way to throw up w/o shoving my hand down my throat(i find that disgusting!)

I wouldnt suggest throwing up, that will hurt your stomach even more.

If you are getting or having the possibility of getting heartburn, feeling that you are going to throw up, stomach acid coming up through your esophagus... go get some Prilosec.
